Service Description

These 1 hour sessions are designed to compliment the online program, "Heal Your Story, Change Your Life". It is recommended that you complete, or at least begin, the 10 day program before signing up for a 1:1 session with Amy. This counselling/meditation session is designed to reveal and release the stories you believe about yourself that are holding you back. Every sessions ends with a custom meditation.
