Can I book from outside Australia?
Absolutely! Sessions are available to clients worldwide via Zoom.
What if I’m new to meditation?
No experience needed. This session is a supportive space for everyone of every level, whether you've meditated or not.
Is this therapy?
Although Amy is trained in counselling and trauma-informed practices, this is not a substitute for clinical therapy. It’s a complementary, intuitive tool for wellbeing.
