Book a Private Meditation Journey with Amy (50 minute sessions)

Join award-winning meditation teacher and intuitive reader, Amy Molloy for a private meditation journey to break down limiting beliefs that are holding you back, whilst returning your nervous system to a place of safety. This unique, healing experience will leave you feeling refreshed and revitalised, helping you to face life's challenges with a sense of calm and clarity. 

In this 50-minute session, Amy combines her experience as a trained counsellor, meditation teacher and akashic record reader to work with clients to identify their blockages, find the root cause of their stress and discomfort, and move through it with trust and clarity.

In the first 30 minutes of each session, you and Amy will discuss any challenges in your life, or areas that you'd like to shift or progress, before identifying one main 'blind spot' or limiting belief to work through.

You will then enter a 20-minute guided meditation, personalised for you own healing journey. For every client, this meditation experience is different—it may involve clearing fears and self-doubts, revisiting moments from your childhood to reframe them, exploring a past life, or strategies to rebalance and soothe your nervous system—all so your life can, once again, feel like home!

All meditation are recorded, so you can revisit them in the week/s between session. We recommend booking a set of three sessions, although great progress can also be made in a single session alone, if that better suits your time and budget.

Every session with every client is slightly different, which is what makes every interaction so special.


During a session, I may use a combination of Akashic Record Reading, clairsentience, our combined intuition, counselling techniques and hertz healing frequencies to guide a calming, uplifting conversation that ends in a guided meditation.

You can come with a very clear idea of what you'd like to discuss, or we can just begin a conversation and see where we are guided (this often has better outcomes!).

All sessions take place over Zoom. Your meditation will be emailed to you after our session is over (the conversation part of a session isn't recorded).

What a session is not: Our sessions are not meant to take the place of standard medical or psychological treatment or therapy.

What should I do on the day?

Just sit in a comfortable place, somewhere quiet. Try to come to our session with a basic idea of what you'd like to talk about (but, our conversation may take a different turn!). This is a really special service I offer to only a limited number of people per week so, by grabbing a spot, trust that it's exactly where you need to be!

Do I need to be 'spiritual'?

You don't need any kind of meditation practise or to believe in any religion to benefit from this practise. I won't ask anything of you during the meditation sessions — just to be open and be as present as possible.

Do I need to be in Australia?

Not at all! We work with clients all across the world - just find a time in our calendar that suits your timezone.
