In our busy lives, boxing out an hour for healing in our schedule can be daunting. We’re here to make it doable.

This is why we now offer bespoke counselling sessions based on Amy’s unique storytelling/self-expression techniques – pre-recorded and delivered straight to your inbox. There’s never been an easier way to fit healing into your world.


1.     Sign-up via the button below! You will be directed to an online form where you can share your unique backstory and circumstances: the part of your story that you feel may be holding you back, and what you hope to achieve by working with us.

2.     Within 72-hours (working days) a personalised video download will arrive in your inbox - 40 minutes of tailored counselling strategies, practical tools and emotional self-care methods based on your specific hopes and needs.

3.     You can watch or listen to your session on your own timeframe as many times as you wish (with lifetime access). We do recommend watching it in one sitting, as you would a traditional counselling sessions, and have a notebook or laptop close for any exercises that are recommended for you.

4.     Tough week? Circumstances change? Submit a new request, go through the consultation process again and receive a new video.
